Summary

Ai Rewards is a rewards app. We collect account and app activity data to provide coin earning and redemption features. We use device identifiers for fraud prevention. On iOS, we may request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission so adjoe Playtime can attribute rewarded installs. We do not sell your personal information. Third parties (Firebase, Google, adjoe, offer partners) process data under their own policies.

1. Introduction

Ai Rewards ("we", "us", "our") operates the Ai Rewards mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

Account: name, email, profile photo (Google Sign-In via Firebase).
Activity: coins, transactions, redeems, referrals, reward eligibility.
Device & security: device identifier (IDFV-based), device fingerprint hash, IP address, device model, OS version.
Advertising identifier (iOS): if you allow tracking via App Tracking Transparency, the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) may be shared with adjoe Playtime for install attribution and reward delivery.
Redeem details: payment IDs you submit for rewards.
Partners: completion data from offer partners to credit coins.

3. How we use information

To operate the app, credit rewards, prevent fraud, enforce terms, improve the service, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

5. Device identifiers & App Tracking Transparency

We use device identifiers (including IDFV-based IDs and fingerprint hashes) for fraud prevention and limiting abuse. These are disclosed in App Store privacy labels as Device ID for app functionality.

On iOS, before you use adjoe Playtime, we may show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you tap Allow, partners such as adjoe may access the IDFA to attribute app installs, deliver relevant game offers, and credit rewards correctly. If you tap Ask App Not to Track, we and our partners will not access the IDFA for tracking; Playtime may still work with limited attribution.

You can change this later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. We do not use IDFA in our own code for third-party ad tracking outside partner SDKs that you interact with (such as Playtime).

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing airewardsx@gmail.com. California residents: we do not sell personal information. EEA/UK users may have additional rights under GDPR.

7. Children

Not for users under 13 (or minimum age in your country).

8. Security & retention

We use reasonable safeguards. Data is retained while your account is active and as required by law. No system is 100% secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
